About Stoneva General Contractors
A general contractor working across Brooklyn.
Stoneva General Contractors works across Brooklyn, mostly on row houses and apartments. Renovation, bathrooms, kitchens and joinery, in buildings people are living in.
How we work
We price from a written scope, which means somebody looks before you get a number, and the number arrives in parts you can compare and change. One person is responsible for your job and is who you call.
What we take on, and what we do not
Renovation, bathrooms, kitchens, carpentry and joinery, painting and plastering, and flooring.
We are not a design practice, and plumbing and electrical work is done by licensed trades we bring in and coordinate, which is how the law requires it. Structural work and anything needing an architect to file it is outside what we take on alone, and we say so at the visit.
Where we work
Across Brooklyn. The stock rewards somebody who expects a party wall, a narrow stair and a garden level, because those three decide most of what a job here actually costs in time.
Talk it through
Tell us the apartment and the building, and we will tell you what the work involves.
